Regan Powers
Hey love! I’m Regan Powers, founder of the Empowerment Method, professional self-taught performance artist, and embodied ritual movement coach.
I’ve been moving in my own way since the very beginning, and that path has taken me on the wildest ride… from gogo dancing at festivals all over the world (like Burning Man, Lightning in a Bottle, Envision, & Shambhala), to becoming the performance director for an experiential art company in Seattle, to getting hired to direct and perform 30-minute Ritual Theater productions, to magnetizing opportunities that celebrated my unique flavor of performance art.
Over the last 5 years, I’ve had the honor of helping so many incredible humans tap into the healing potential of their dance, find the confidence to take up space, and weave their personal story into performances that carry profound medicine... for themselves and for everyone who witnesses them. And the best part? I never taught a single piece of choreography or told anyone “how” they should move.
