Before you begin
This is a movement ritual for moments when your heart feels braced, guarded, or tired from carrying so much. Nothing needs to be forced open. We are listening. We are letting sensation move at its own pace.
- Choose comfort over intensity. Smaller is still powerful.
- If emotion shows up, good! Use this as an opportunity to witness yourself.
- If numbness shows up, that is welcome too. Listening counts.
- If you need to pause or stop, do so. Your body is the primary guide.
